1. Rajasthan CHO Salary Structure 2025:
- Fixed Remuneration: Approx ₹ 18,900/- per month during the initial contractual period.
- Performance Based Incentive (PBI): Up to ₹ 15,000/- per month based on performance indicators.
- Total Gross Salary: Can range between ₹ 32,000/- to ₹ 40,000/- per month depending on performance.
- Contract Period: Initially for 1 year, extendable based on performance and project duration.
2. Required Documents for Joining:
Candidates receiving the appointment letter must report with original and self-attested copies of:
- Secondary & Senior Secondary Marksheets.
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM / BAMS Degree & Marksheets.
- RNC/BAMS Registration Certificate: Valid registration with Rajasthan Nursing Council or Board of Indian Medicine.
- Bond Paper: A surety bond of ₹ 5,00,000/- (Rs. Five Lakhs) on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of ₹ 500/- is usually required to serve at the Health & Wellness Center (HWC) for a minimum of 5 years.
- Medical Fitness Certificate (from a Govt. Hospital).
