Candidates who made any mistakes in their application form regarding personal details, photo, signature, or documents can now modify their details. The correction link is active from 18 December 2025 to 20 December 2025 on the official website uppbpb.gov.in.

- Note: If changing category leads to a difference in the application fee (e.g., SC to General), the balance amount must be paid.

- Click on the link “Application Edit/Correction for Home Guard Recruitment 2025”.
- Login using your Registration Number and Date of Birth/Password.
- An OTP might be sent to your registered mobile number for verification.
- Modify the required fields or re-upload documents.
- Review the form carefully and click “Final Submit”.
- Take a printout of the corrected application form.
