Visit the official website of AIIMS Exams at aiimsexams.ac.in.
Go to the “Recruitments” tab and click on “Group A (Non-Faculty)”.
Look for the link titled “Final Result of Recruitment Examination for Group-A (Non-Faculty) Posts (REGA) 2025”.
Open the PDF file which contains the Roll Number, Name, and Rank of selected candidates.
Use Ctrl+F to search for your Roll Number in the list.
Selected candidates should wait for the appointment letter and further joining instructions.
