1. Salary / Pay Scale:
Junior Management Grade Scale-I (JMGS-I):
- Pay Scale: ₹ 36,000 – ₹ 63,840 (plus DA, HRA, CCA, etc.).
- Approx CTC: ₹ 9.00 Lakhs to ₹ 12.00 Lakhs per annum depending on the posting location.
2. Selection Process:
- Online Examination: English, General Awareness (Banking), and Financial Management (Professional Knowledge).
- Interview: Candidates qualifying in the online exam will be called for a personal interview.
