Introduction;

Hello my all friends! Hope you are doing good, we all know one truth ~ money is the most important. Everyone says “Money cannot buy happiness,” but we all know that money can buy a good house, a car, and a safe future for our family.

When we think about Govt. jobs( sarkari naukri ), we usually think about safety. But did you know that some of Govt. jobs pay you more that private companies??? Yes, it is fact.

Many of my friends or you also think that to get a high salary like ₹70,000 or ₹ One Lakh, you need to be very old pr you need 13 years of experince. This is wrong. There are some “Entry level” jobs where you can join directly after college and become a rich person in your friend circle.

In this my small blog, i am going to tell you about the jobs in India that give you a king-size life. i will also tell you about the “Secret Money” (Allowances) that nobody talks about. So if you want to know that read this my article carefully.

First, Understand This: Gross vs. In-Hand Salary;

Before we see the list, you must be understand one simple thing. In jobs advertisements, you will see big number. This is called GROSS SALARY. But you will not get full money in your bank account.

  • Gross salary: This is the total money Govt. Promises. It includes Basic Pay, DA, HRA, and tax money.
  • In – hand Salary; this is the real money that comes to your bank account after cutting all taxes, PF (Provident Fund), and insurance.

Example; If Gross salary is ₹180,000, maybe your in-hand salary will be ₹136,000. But wait! In Govt. Jobs, the “Perks” (extra facilities) are separate. So even if cut there, you get benefits in other way.

The “Hidden Perks”: Thinks Many Can’t Buy

Now comes the interesting part. My friends, salary is just one part. The real fun of these high – level jobs is the Allowances. These are the things private jobs dont give you easily.

Let’s see I am going to tell you, what extra benefits you get (especially in RBI and SBI):

  1. Petrol Allowance: Do you have a bike or car? The bank will pay for your petrol. In RBI, they give around 150-200 liters of petrol money. Even if you don’t drive much, you can claim it (based on declaration). That is roughly ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 extra per month!
  2. House Help / Maid Allowance: Yes, you read it right. Officers get money to keep a maid for cleaning house. They know you are busy, so they pay for your household help.
  3. Newspaper & Internet: Your mobile bill, your broadband bill, and even the newspaper you read is paid by the goverment.
  4. Furniture Allowance: Every 5 years, they give you a big amount (like ₹1 Lakh or more) to buy new sofa, AC, fridge, or curtains for your house.
  5. Briefcase Allowance: This is funny but true. They even give money to buy a office bag or briefcase!
If you add all these "Hidden Perks", Your actual package is much higher than what is written on paper.

My Conclusion: Is the Stress Worth It??

After youu reading this my small blog, you might be very excited. ₹70,000 salary, Free Petrol, Free house…. it is sound like a dream.

But you always remember my one thing ~ “Big Money Comes With Big Responsibility.”

These exams are not easy.

  • RBI Grade B is the toughest exam. Only a few seats are there. You have to study Economics and Finance deepley.
  • SBI PO has huge work pressure. You might have to sit in bank till 8 PM sometimes.
  • SSC CGL takes time. Sometimes the process gets delayed.

So, is it worth it? My answer is YES. Because once you clear the exam, your life is set. You don’t have to worry about recession, firing, or salary cut. You will have a red card (ID) in your neck that gives you respect in society.

In the end of my blog, If you want this ₹70,000+ life, then stop wasting time on instagram to watch reel. Pick up your books. The competition is very hard, but the prize is very big.

Start preparing now, All the very best!
