1. Phase 1 Exam Pattern (200 Marks):
- Total Duration: 120 Minutes (Composite Time).
- Qualifying Sections: Reasoning (20), English (30), Computer (20), Quant (20), Decision Making (10).
- Merit Sections: General Awareness (20), ESI (40), ARD (40).
- Note: Shortlisting for Mains is based ONLY on marks secured in Merit Sections (GA + ESI + ARD = 100 Marks).
2. Salary & Pay Scale:
Selected candidates draw a starting basic pay of ₹ 44,500/- p.m. in the scale of ₹ 44500 – 89150.
- Gross Monthly Emoluments: Approximately ₹ 1,00,000/- (including Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance).
